Renew Permits Beginning April 1, 2024

• To avoid the $1 fee The Permit Store issues for using their website, renew your permits at the PABC office. 
• Renew online at The Permit Store. 
• Upload your required documents.
• Select how to receive your permits
  • Mail (for a fee). 
  • Pick up at PABC Office (We've moved!)
  • Community Pick-Up
    • Area 19 ONLY:
      • Purchase online by 4/24/24 and select Pick Up in Office.
      • Sunday, April 28th from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm in Henry Street Park
      • Tuesday, April 30th from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm at St Ignatius Loyola Academy
      • Cut off Date for Purchase: Wednesday, April 24^th 

Parking Authority Pick-Up

• You may purchase and pick up your permits at the Parking Authority office.
• 211 N. Paca Street

• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
• FREE PARKING NEXT DOOR TO THE PARKING AUTHORITY
  • We will validate your parking if you park at the Market Center Garage next door at 221 N. Paca Street. 
  • Find the Market Center Garage on Google Maps.  

New residents

• Go to The Permit Store to create an account.

• Wait for your account to be approved (1-3 days) 

• Order your permits from The Permit Store.

PAYMENT

Permits are $20 each. We accept: 

• Visa
• MasterCard
• American Express
• Discover 
• Checks and money orders made out to the “Director of Finance.” Only accepted if purchasing in the office.
• Cash is not accepted.
