What is the Residential Reserved Disabled Parking Program?

The Residential Reserved Disabled Parking program provides residents of Baltimore City who qualify for this service the accommodation of better accessibility to the communities in which they live.   People with permanent, mobility restricting disabilities who live within Baltimore City should inquire about their eligibility. 

When is the Renewal Period?

It’s time to renew your Residential Reserved Disabled Parking Permit. All current permit holders must submit a renewal application. If you do not submit the proper documentation by Tuesday, April 30, 2019, your signs will be removed. This applies to all permit holders, even those who have received a “permanent” disabled placard from the Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA).

The Parking Authority of Baltimore City (PABC) Residential Reserved Disabled Parking Program mailed all permit holders a renewal packet last month.  If you have not received a renewal form in the mail, please contact our office and a form will be mailed out to you. Our phone number is 443-573-2800 or 443-573-2825.

Please note the following:

  • The permit holder’s doctor must complete the medical portion of the renewal application.
  • All applications must be notarized.
