Valet Parking Regulations

Legislation passed in 2013 requires valet parking operators to obtain an operator's license and a valet parking zone permit for each location.  Failure to obtain the required license and/or permit will result in fines of up to $1000.00 each day that illegal valet operation continues and the loss of Passenger Loading Zone/Valet Parking Zone.
