Recommendations:
A breakdown of the 64 metered blockfaces studied:
Daytime
- Increase Rate by $0.25: 38 blockfaces (66%)
- Maintain Rate: 14 blockfaces (24%)
- Decrease Rate by $0.25: 6 blockfaces (10%)
Evening (51 metered blockfaces have meter-in-effect times past 6PM)
- Increase Rate by $0.25: 37 blockfaces (72%)
- Maintain Rate: 12 blockfaces (24%)
- Decrease Rate by $0.25: 2 blockfaces (4%)
There are 9 meter rates during the daytime and 8 during the evening throughout Harbor East, ranging from $0.50 to $3.00.
