Dept of Transportation Enforcement Update

Parking Authority Office to Close to Public Beginning March 16, 2020

In an abundance of caution for public health surrounding the Coronavirus/COVID-19 situation, the Parking Authority of Baltimore City (PABC) office will be closed to the public beginning on Monday, March 16, 2020, until further notice.

All Residential Parking Permits (RPP) that expire in the month of March 2020, will be honored until further notice. One-day parking permits (yellow)  are not included in this grace period.

Community pickups and extended hours for March 2020 are canceled.

Residents who have not renewed their permits are encouraged to purchase permits online at We will send an update with more information on obtaining permits by March 20, 2020.

To obtain a permit for a new vehicle, or if you are a resident who recently moved into an RPP area, please call 443-573-2800 or email [email protected] for instructions. PABC staff will be available to assist customers unless the office needs to close entirely.

Thank you for your patience as we work to develop contingency plans to help keep our community safe during this time.
